Develop an understanding of why physical literacy is important and how by using physical literacy movement preparation as a warm-up effectively, it can increase the durability and performance of athletes while decreasing their risk of injury.
This course is the first part of a 3 part training program which teaches coaches how to effectively integrate physical literacy movement preparation into their day to day training to increase the durability and performance of athletes while decreasing their risk of injury.
In part 2 (not yet available), you will learn about the specific applications in soccer. Programs for other sports to be developed in the future. While part 3, is an on-field session where you experience the program first hand as well as practice leading it.
